CyBiz deploys a proven and successful solution methodology which time after time has met and exceeded the requirements of our customers. By leveraging our experiences in supplier enablement, procurement and EAI, CyBiz delivers complete solutions on budget and within months, not years. The Professional Services team implements the solution using the following six stages:

Stage 1: Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis

This stage provides the foundation for the solution methodology. Several work sessions are setup to determine the necessary communication channels, business goals, requirements analysis, software installation, and refinement of the proposed solution. These work sessions ensure a successful and timely delivery of the solution. Upon completion, CyBiz and the customer realize the business and functional requirements of the solution, delivery timeframes, and necessary dependencies.

Stage 2: Install

Based on an infrastructure review and the agreed upon hardware and software requirements, CyBiz installs the software solution either at an external hosted facility or at the customer's data center. This will provide the production environment for the proposed solution.

Stage 3: Design and Implement

The design and implement stage involves the technical design of the overall solution and the development of the necessary functionality and interconnectivity with back-office ERP or legacy systems and trading partner platforms. During this stage, all technical details are finalized and the solution is customized to meet the functional and design requirements of the customer.

Stage 4: Quality Assurance & Testing

CyBiz deploys extensive procedures in order to ensure a quality solution for our customers. The quality measures are implemented at every stage in the solution methodology in order to ensure that the provided solution adheres to the strict quality standards of CyBiz. During this stage, the integrated solution is tested for functionality, load, security, and interconnectivity. The tests are conducted in a staging environment which is identical to the production environment. Throughout the process defects are corrected and re-tested for the appropriate functionality.

Stage 5: Deployment & Training

During this stage the solution is deployed to the production environment. Depending on whether the solution is hosted at an external entity or at the customer's data center, the completed solution is installed on the appropriate systems. During the transition to the production environment, training is provided to both the IT staff for day to day operations; and to the users who will be accessing the system.

Stage 6: Ongoing Support
